Notice of Intent to Home
School
You need to inform your school district
if you plan to home school your child as described on the
Local School Districts page.
GRHE has a form that serves as a Notice of Intent that
you may use. This document has been revised to reflect changes in the
Homeschooling law which became effective in 2006. Please note that even
though the form only has four options from which to choose, they cover all of
the various methods of complying with the law.

Complete the form and submit it to your appropriate school representative.
